Today marks FOUR YEARS and six months since patriotic citizens duly elected Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, aka Dr. Paper, on 3/8/22 as THE FORCE’s first mayor.
Article Seven from THE FORCE’s Constitution:
Article VII
WHEREAS the mayor shall appoint council members and, as a unified body, be sovereign over all matters affecting the community's sustainability, known as THE FORCE.

THE FORCE's core principle holds that when millions of patriotic citizens unite as a single force outside government—guided by faith and trust in God—they gain the power to resist oppression. This principle is reflected in the "Three-Threes-Tyrant Free," approach, which includes:
1. Dr. Paper’s (People-Paper-Programs)
2. God’s (If-And-With)
3. Citizens’ (Prayer-Discernment-ACTION)
America shall be free from tyranny if the three-threes are in harmony...with God as their guide.
